DONATIONS
They Have Been Forgotten Before. Help Us Make Sure It Never Happens Again.
Some arrive tired, hurting, and unsure if they are safe. Others have spent their days waiting in a shelter, growing older while the world passes them by.
We welcome them home. We learn what they need, help ease their pain, prepare their meals, and give them a soft place to sleep. With patience and care, we get to watch them settle in, make friends, and discover that they belong.
Your donation helps make those moments possible. It provides medical care, nourishing food, therapies, and a peaceful home for dogs who deserve comfort and love for the rest of their lives.
Please give today. Help us be there for the next dog still waiting for someone to care.

What We Do
We rescue senior and disabled dogs from high-kill shelters, abusive homes, and other dangerous situations. We provide them with medical care, rehabilitation, and training. Those animals then stay with us for the rest of their days on earth. We promise them that we are their last stop and their forever home. We also work with our community to educate people about responsible pet ownership and the benefits of adopting rescue dogs. Safety in communities as well as providing resources for those who need it most is important to us.
Our Mission and Vision
Here at "Pyrs Pits & Pastures Sanctuary", our mission is to provide a safe haven and second chance for animals need with a particular focus of Pitbulls, Great Pyrenees, and various livestock breeds Nestled in the heart of Texas, we are a sanctuary that extends unwavering compassion to those who may not find a forever home elsewhere. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and educating.
